Refund and Return Policy

We at Wallistry, take utmost care from making the product and until the product is shipped to you.
But there might be some occasional error from our end or during transit (which is highly unlikely) . In case you receive your product in a damaged condition, you can choose to return to us as follows.
We only replace or refund if you receive your product in a damaged condition.
What is our return policy?
If you receive the product in a damaged condition, you can email us at care@wallistry.com with pictures and order number within 24 hours after you had received the package. Our team will assess the damage and will assist you through the replacement process.
For the above condition, you will receive a replacement of the same product of the same product value. 
When will I receive the replacement product?
Once we receive back the product couriered by you, we will dispatch the replacement  product within 2 working days. In transit, it will approximately take 3-10 days to reach you.
 
What is your refund policy?
In case the product to be replaced is out of stock, you will receive a Refund of the product amount paid during purchase.
If you had paid for the product through Credit/Debit/Net Banking, we shall initiate the process for refund within 1-2 business days. However it may take 3-7 business days for the refund to be credited to the same payment source you had opted during the payment process. 
What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel your order within 24 hours from the time you have placed your order. To cancel an order, you can send us a mail to care@wallistry.com.
In case you had paid for the product through Credit/Debit/Net Banking, we shall initiate the process for refund within 1-2 business days. However it may take 3-7 business days for the refund to be credited to the same payment source you had opted during the payment process. 
For cancellation, the refund amount is subjected to deduction of any bank transaction charges that has been incurred during the cancellation process.
