What is Wallistry?
Wallistry is a lifestyle brand that focus on designing everyday products that help build better habits. 
Who is your team?
Co-Founded by Anjanakshi & Soundaryan - an Architect duo, they have extensively worked on sustainable architecture & interior projects, before carrying the ethos of good design and sustainability into product design. 
The in- house team consists of architects, artists, graphic designers who work on the product ideas, new product launch.
Artisans who handcraft these designs into beautiful pieces.
An organized packaging team who put together your order beautifully before presenting it to you.
Who makes these products?
We work with 23 skilled artisans across Tamil Nadu, exploring 4 different craft communities to handcraft the products.
How do you make the products?
Most of the materials and product we work with are handcrafted to perfection by our skilled artisans.
Why should I buy from Wallistry?
For many reasons of course!
But most important, our products are community driven- designed by and for the community. Also, we don't just design products but curate the experience from the way you receive the package, the unwrapping experience and the way the product makes an impact to your everyday life.
We know it matters to you.
So how does this custom photo/message card work? 
Just upload a photo and type a message (or it could just be one of the both) on any product page and leave the rest to us. We will curate it with the package he/she is going to receive. It will surely be a memorable gift for your loved ones. :D
When will I receive my shipment?
We will dispatch your shipment within 2 days of order. And in transit, it should take 3-10 days to reach you. 
For Personalized Journals, Diary - the shipment will be dispatched in 8-10 days from our ware house. 
Will my shipment reach safely?
Over the 4 years we have learned that shipping fragile products mean additional care and best packaging efforts. We do that and will make sure, it reaches you safely.
Are the products microwave friendly?
Our Bhumi - Terracotta collection is not microwave friendly owing to the nature of the material. But, our stoneware products are microwave friendly! Yes, your coffee can be reheated :)
Are the products dishwasher friendly?
We would recommend hand wash to make the best use of the products. 
How do I clean the terracotta water bottle? 
Use bottle cleaning brush and mild warm water to clean the water bottle once in two days. Only use mild cleaning liquid, whenever necessary. Follow the instruction card that comes with every product to make the best out of the product.
Do you ship internationally?
As of now, we ship only within India but exceptions can be made. You can contact us and we will see what we can do.
What if I want to return the product?
We hope it never happens. We only replace if you have received your product in a damaged condition.
If you receive the product in a damaged condition, you can email us at connect@wallistry.com with pictures and order number within 24 hours of receiving your product. Our team will assess the damage and will assist you through the replacement/refund process.

What is your refund policy?
In case the product to be replaced is out of stock, you will receive a Refund of the product amount paid during purchasing.
If you had paid for the product through Credit/Debit/Net Banking, we shall initiate the process for refund within 1-2 business days. However it make take approximately 5-10 business days to refund the amount to the same payment source you had opted during the payment process.

How do I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order within 24 hours from the time you have placed your order. To cancel an order, you can send us a e-mail to connect@wallistry.com
In case you had paid for the product through Credit/Debit/Net Banking, we shall initiate the process for refund within 1-2 business days. However it may take 5-10 business days to refund the amount to the same payment source you had opted during the payment process. 
For cancellation, the refund amount is subjected to deduction of any bank transaction charges that has been incurred during the cancellation process.
