Yes, for all orders above Rs.3500, the shipping charges is free. 

If you receive the product in a damaged condition, we take responsibility from our end to process it further. Kindly email us at care@wallistry.com with pictures and order number within 24 hours after you had received the package. Our team will assess the damage and will assist you through the replacement/refund process.

Ah! Due to fragile nature of the product, we keep the cork in a packet separately in the package. Kindly check through the paper shredders and your package once again, and you will find them :) 

We sincerely apologize for this :( In that case, please write us to care@wallistry.com with pictures of the product and your package. Our team will get back to you and initiate the replacement process for the same.

In concern with the lockdown in different parts of the country, we will only be able to dispatch after the lockdown is lifted in Chennai (State: Tamil Nadu) -  after June 8th 2021.

For International deliveries – it may take 5-10 business days depending upon your city, country.

We use FedEx/ DHL Services for the same. You will be notified via call/email before dispatch.

Duties & Taxes for international orders are not included in your order and are over and above any shipping and handling charges paid at checkout. Most countries charge duties on imported items which are levied at the time of port entry and they vary based on the destination country and the products imported. You will need to pay the applicable duties and taxes directly to the shipping agency (DHL, FedEx, etc.) at the time of your order delivery after you receive an invoice by the shipping agent.

No worries at all! This happens sometimes due to the unfortunate glitch. Kindly send us the screenshot of your payment receipt and name to care@wallistry.com">care@wallistry.com. We will look into the issue and will immediately send your confirmation receipt. 

As the lockdown have been imposed on May 10th 2021 by the Government of Tamil Nadu, any orders placed from May 9th 2021 to June 8th 2021 will be processed only after the lockdown has been lifted.

Kindly do not panic if you haven’t received the estimated delivery date or tracking number. We assure you, your order is safe with us. You can always write to care@wallistry.com or WhatsApp us at 7358629500 regarding your order.

Owing to the number of orders placed during the lockdown period and with limited staff in Chennai during this time of crisis, we assure you, your order will be carefully packed and dispatched when the restrictions have been lifted, starting from June 8th.

For urgent/birthday orders etc. please keep this in my mind before ordering. Please do not place your order if it has to be delivered urgently for events.

100% Yes! They are made with 100% natural clay, sourced by the potters themselves who have been sourcing it specifically for earthenware pottery for generations by their communities. We do not add binding or any other material to our earthenware clay products. We stand by the name we have given for our Terracotta Products – Bhumi (Meaning: “Earth” in Tamil Language). From Earth to Home.

In case the product to be replaced is out of stock, you will receive a Refund of the product amount paid during purchasing.

If you had paid for the product through Credit/Debit/Net Banking or other mode of payment, we shall initiate the process for refund within 1-2 business days. However, it make take approximately 3-7 business days to refund the amount to the same payment source you had opted during the payment process.

All personalisation orders for premium wooden notebooks will take 8-10 Working days to ship from our warehouse.

Just upload a photo and type a message (or it could just be one of the both) on any product page and leave the rest to us. We will curate it with the package he/she is going to receive. It will surely be a memorable gift for your loved ones. :D

As much as drinking that naturally cool water from terracotta bottles is refreshing, unfortunately the very same porous nature of the material is fragile. It is not travel friendly but highly recommended for work desks, dining, bed side table that remains as a constant reminder of the mother earth.

No, they are not microwave and dishwasher friendly.
