Ah! Due to fragile nature of the
product, we keep the cork in a packet separately in the package. Kindly check through
the paper shredders and your package once again, and you will find them :)

For International deliveries – it may take 5-10 business days depending upon your city, country.
We use FedEx/ DHL Services for the same. You will be notified via call/email before dispatch.
Duties & Taxes for international orders are not included in your order and are over and above any shipping and handling charges paid at checkout. Most countries charge duties on imported items which are levied at the time of port entry and they vary based on the destination country and the products imported. You will need to pay the applicable duties and taxes directly to the shipping agency (DHL, FedEx, etc.) at the time of your order delivery after you receive an invoice by the shipping agent.

100% Yes! They are made with 100% natural clay, sourced by the potters themselves who have been sourcing it specifically for earthenware pottery for generations by their communities. We do not add binding or any other material to our earthenware clay products. We stand by the name we have given for our Terracotta Products – Bhumi (Meaning: “Earth” in Tamil Language). As much as drinking that naturally cool water
from terracotta bottles is refreshing, unfortunately the very same porous
nature of the material is fragile. It is not travel friendly but highly
recommended for work desks, dining, bed side table that remains as a constant
reminder of the mother earth.
